40 Days of Prayer: Day 35

And when the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, to Him who lives forever and ever, the twenty-four elders will fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and will worship Him who lives forever and ever, and will cast their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” Revelation 4:9-11

Dear God,

You are worthy! You are worthy to be worshiped forever and ever. You are worthy to receive glory and honor and power. I praise You because You created all things and because of Your will they exist and were created. Lord, I long to see this scene for myself: all the living creatures giving glory and honor and thanks to You who sits in the throne. I long to cast my crown before you and sing "Worthy!" Thank You for this small glimpse of my future with You, the Creator of all things, the Only One who is Worthy.
