But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. I Corinthians 15:57

Dear God,

Today I give You the thanks and praise for You have given us victory through Your Son Jesus Christ. I thank You that sin no longer has power over me because Christ, in His death defying power has abolished the fear and sting of death. Lord, I know that we might not always have victory over our earthly struggles against illness, hurt, difficult relationships, disappointment, and many others, but I praise You that we will have the victory in heaven. I thank You for what I have to look forward to. I pray that others will see that I live in victory because of Your gift.
